I'm your host Dave, and I welcome you to our site. Formerly a contractor and born and raised in Canada, I've spent years investigating Costa Rica and this is the second property I've invested in. This gem of a place stood out from the rest, inviting it's visitors to enjoy San José, a city I've become fond of over the years.
Conveniently located in Santa Ana 30 minutes from the Juan Santamaria International Airport, our condo is located in one of the nicest areas of San Jose. Located right off Highway 27, you will be an hour away from Puntarenas (catch a Ferry to Santa Teresa Beach in a heartbeat!), and less than 3 hours to the mountains of Monteverde; all while still enjoying the commodities of the city.
